Why is that when we hear about the world’s super foods they are always some obscure Brazilian berry, or some tropical fruit. It seems that foods found closer to home are never of benefit to our health. It even seems that sometimes every food we eat in the Western world is simply going to make us more unhealthy, get us fatter or give us some horrible disease.

The Vegemite Girls
Audrey, Elysia and Taylor, from Australia love Vegemite! They are seen here wearing dresses designed for a high school dance called “Around The World”.
These costumes are completely original and one of a kind. Audrey and her mother spent days designing and sewing the garments together to get ready for the big event.
